Copenhagen City Hall is this coming Wednesday hosting a welcoming event for all the newcomers in Copenhagen and southern Sweden. Representatives of culture and leisure life will present their activities, and the event will also include tasty pancakes and surprise performances! Art Copenhagen
Art Copenhagen is simultaneously presenting two art fairs at Bella Center: Selected Art Fair and Code Art Fair. Open stage at Café Cadeau

Cooking and food festival 2016

Unmissable church fete
Copenhagen’s Anglican St Alban’s Church is holding its annual Summer Fete. This year will be the 25th anniversary of the event, held in Churchillparken right outside the church, and the organisers are planning a whole day of celebrations! (Aug 27, 10:00-17:00; Churchillparken, Cph K; free adm)

Comedy at the Dubliner

Celebrating Indian culture

Open Water
Would you like to swim in the cleanest canals of Europe? Copenhagen swim invites you to swim for 2km in the open water around the canals of the Christiansborg Castle, starting from the Black Diamond. You can either do it alone or in a team of four. Either way, it sounds like a one-off opportunity to swim around Parliament, particularly if you adore swimming. Ice cream cocktails pop-up
A delicious, mouthwatering pop-up is taking place all week at Balderdash as part of the initiative Copenhagen by the Glass. You can’t beat ice-cream mixed with alcohol, can you? At least one day of the week you deserve to treat your palate to a Banana Split or a Brownie Sundae, while you feel it’s the 1930s again in this transformed American-style Soda and Ice Cream bar.
