Have you also dreamt of reaching out towards the screen when watching Sex and the City and having an employee of the famous Magnolia Bakery smile and hand you a pretty little cupcake? Well, Copenhagen actually has a few places you can go and give in to your aching sweet tooth.

Agnes Cupcakes
This was the first cupcake bakery in Copenhagen and they have managed to deliver this classy trend with style. When entering one of their cafes, you are met with an unforgettable smell of chocolate, butter, vanilla and various fruits. Get your moist delights to go or take a seat in their hip cafe and enjoy a variety of hot and cold drinks including their luscious ‘cupshakes’.

The menu offers a wide variety of cupcakes from ‘Crave Monster’ and ‘Grøn Te Chai’ to more known flavours like the popular ‘Red Velvet’ and ‘Oreo’. Besides cupcakes, Cravings offer a selection of cookies, brownies, cheesecakes and deliciously roasted coffee from Italy.

Though not decorated or detailed as the other mentioned cupcake cafes, Illum’s bakery Holm’s Bager also offers a small selection of the pretty little bites and provides tables and chairs for tired shoppers.
