Thieves have stolen 40 ampoules containing four very dangerous drugs from the A&E department at Aalborg University Hospital in northern Jutland.
Police are warning that the drugs, which disappeared sometime between Wednesday morning and Thursday morning, could be deadly.
“They could be lethal in the wrong, inexperienced hands – even in small quantities,” Bruno Brix, the head of security at the North Jutland Police department, told DR Nyheder.
The four medications missing are: Tranexamic acid, Tiomebumalnatrium, Metaoxedrin and Suxameton.
Can paralyse breathing
"If you come across one of these, it is very important that you contact us,” said Brix.
“They can paralyse the muscles so you cannot move, and they may also paralyse breathing, which makes them extremely dangerous."

Police are currently examining hospital surveillance tapes, but currently have no leads in the case.
