Danes not worried about crime

Fear of being a victim at a historic low

The number of Danes who worry about becoming the victim of an act of violence or crime has sunk to a historic low in 2014, according to a report from the Justice Ministry .

In 2014, just 25.7 percent of all Danes said they had concerns.

The report also showed that one in five Danes do not let incidents of violence and crime bother them – another all-time high since records began in 1985, when the numbers were almost double.
