Tivoli building new attraction for next summer season

Fatamorgana, a 45 metre high tower, will include three amusement rides

Tivoli, the country’s most popular amusement park,  is building a brand new attraction in its Orient enclosure that will open to visitors in the summer of 2016.

Fatamorgana, a 45-metre-high tower, will contain three rides in total.

Children from the age of five can try mini bumper cars, placed at the bottom of the ride, while the next floor will offer two rides for older visitors.

Rotating at 2.5 G speed
The wilder of the two, a ring where passengers sit with their backs towards the centre, will rotate with a force equal to 2.5 G.

In the slower version, visitors will sit in vehicles built for two and rotate at a more moderate pace.

In total, Tivoli will invest 50 million kroner in the tower.
