Not that we needed another reminder, but Copenhagen continues to retain its status as one of the top 10 most expensive cities in the world to live in.
The Danish capital was ranked eighth on a new ranking by the Economist magazine’s report ‘Worldwide Cost of Living 2016’.
Singapore was ranked first, followed by Zurich and Hong Kong (joint second), Geneva and Paris. London, New York, Copenhagen, Seoul and Los Angeles completed the top 10.
Copenhagen fell in the rankings compared to two years ago, where it was ranked sixth, while at the other end of the list, Karachi, Bangalore and Caracas are the three cheapest cities to live in.
