Mid-April Events: Time for salsa!

CPH Salsa Festival
April 22-23, Kedelhallen, Nyelandsvej, Frederiksberg, 250kr; April 24, Søpavillion, Cph K, 150kr (extra for workshops)
Some like it hot – and they will be gyrating the night away at the Copenhagen Salsa Festival.

During the days, there are salsa workshops for all levels from the clodhopping beginner to the footloose expert. Professional dancers will prepare you for the parties and shows later on in the evening.

Three dancefloors will open from 20:00-05:00: the line floor, Cuban floor and the steamy sensual room.

It’s strictly dress to impress for the Saturday gala party, while Sunday’s program moves downtown to the Søpavillion for workshops and a farewell party. (PS)
