Copenhagen Airport has been ranked one of the best airports in the world by the internationally-renowned travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler (CN Traveler).
The Nordic hub was ranked seventh overall in the ‘World’s Best Airports’ category – the highest placing out of European airports.
“The passenger experience is the very heart of our business. For most travellers, the journey begins at the airport, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to pass through the airport, while leaving time and energy for them to enjoy their journey,” said Peter Krogsgaard, the VP of sales & marketing at Copenhagen Airport.
“We are genuinely interested in understanding the travellers’ needs and wants, and we interview up to 100,000 passengers each year to ensure we are able to meet their wishes and demands. The Readers’ Choice Award is solid proof we are on the right path.”
