Become a part of our team
You will join a dedicated Performance Management team for Group Functions within the CFO Area and become part of a Finance Partner community across Danske Bank. The role as Finance Partner to the area Financial Crime Risk & Prevention entails having the responsibility for delivering insights and collaborating with senior management on how to unlock value through optimisation of the unit’s performance.

The work is characterised by close collaboration within the FCRP area as well as the CFO community and stakeholders in the business units. Given the importance of getting Financial Crime Prevention right, our stakeholders are close, interested, and highly engaged, so your effort will rapidly see the light of day.

As a Finance Partner your main responsibilities will be:

  • Monthly financial review with the area’s senior managers
  • Monthly tracking of financial benefits from strategy execution
  • Facilitating the financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
  • Driving dialogue and collaboration both across FCRP and with the Business Units, aiding them in effective decision making with focus on value creation

Curious and structured Finance Partner
You are structured, focused and most importantly a team player. In addition, and to ensure a good match for this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in establishing trusted relationships at all levels
  • An analytical approach combined with the ability to clearly communicate findings
  • Relevant experience from a similar role within FP&A, Performance Management or Business Management
  • A relevant master level degree in finance, economics or similar
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
