BREAKING: Person with Ebola symptoms in isolation at Hvidovre Hospital

Person has a fever and was in west Africa recently

A person has been admitted to Hvidovre Hospital in Greater Copenhagen suspected of having Ebola, according to DR Nyheder.

The person – who is in isolation – meets the two criteria for having Ebola, having been in west Africa recently and currently having a fever.

Blood sample taken
The hospital has taken a blood sample from the person, which will be rushed to the state serum institute, Statens Serum Institut, for analysis.

It will take between four and six hours for the results of the blood sample to come through and doctors expect the results to be clarified later today.
