Speedmouse, a rodent worth catching

The world-famous Umbilical Brothers return to Copenhagen with their acclaimed comedy show, Speedmouse. The dynamic duo from Sydney have been active for almost 25 years and are renowned for their inventive and unconventional comedy routines.

David Collins and Shane Dundas are incredibly skilled and have established their own highly distinctive rendition of mime – complete with hilarious sound effects, sharp dialogue and entertaining commentary.

Speedmouse is a cleverly deconstructed act: a sharp fusion of performance and technology as the acting is upgraded to digital. As described by the duo, the show is designed as if the viewer can “immediately jump to any routine or fast-forward through the boring bits”.

The performance as a concept made its debut almost ten years ago and has proved to be an international success that continues to sell out shows all over the globe.

The Umbilical Brothers are always highly amusing; their comedy is creative, energetic and fast-paced. As promised by the boys themselves, entertainment is guaranteed.
