Danish slaughterhouse giant convicted of greenwashing in landmark climate case

The High Court has ruled that Danish Crown’s use of the phrase “climate-controlled pig” on its labels in 2020 was greenwashing. The case is being hailed as Denmark’s first climate trial and an important precedent for future disputes.
